Greetings Winemakers!

The time is here again to fill your containers with Walker's Quality Wine Juices!

We expect to open on Thursday, September 24th, with all except Steuben, Cayuga, Catawba, Riesling, Noiret, Corot Noir, Fredonia, Valvin Muscat, Merlot and Cab. Sauvignon available. You may want to call to confirm the availability of your preferred juices before you come.

Closed for Christmas holidays from Dec. 13th through Jan. 15th

Beginning Jan. 16th, Open Saturdays ONLY from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
All Winter, Spring & Summer through Mid-July
We will be closed from mid-July 'til late Sept. 2010

NEW THIS YEAR! Many of our customers have been asking for "Ice Style Wines." We now have Concord, Frontenac, Seyval, and Vidal "Late Harvest" wine juices. Wine samples of these four will be available in the wine room.

Three new variations from Cornell - Corot Noir (red), Noiret (red) and Valvin Muscat (white) will be added, but we will not have wine samples of these three this fall.

Glass carboys, plastic "Better Bottle" carboys and flavored non fermentable sweeteners wil also be available.

Our 5 gallon "Hot-Pack" selections continue to be very popular, both with customers buying them while here and with those ordering them for shipment by UPS. They require no refrigeration and transport safely. When you wish to start fermentation, just remove the lid, add yeast and nutrient (included with your purchase) and ferment as usual... in its own plastic container if you wish. Just give us a call to order delivery.

We do not accept credit cards, but we'll be happy to accept your personal check or cash for your purchase.
